Account disabled for spam and/or platform abuse. (I did not do this)
So I woke up in the evening to an E-mail from discord saying my account has been disabled for spam and or platform abuse. A day or two before that one of my server members had his account unrightfully suspended for the same reasons. I have reached out to discord via twitter and submitted a ticket to their support, but I'm just now finding out that their support apparently sucks and I'm freaking out a bit.
I also just got back from a long hiatus from discord to so there is absolutely no way I could have flagged the system for spam. I even got the disablement message when I wasn't even online or active on discord, I was sleeping! Why is this suddenly happening and what can I do if discord doesn't reply to my ticket or twitter messages?
Is there like a phone number I could call or a way to make them reply quicker to my ticket?

Me to, but if this is happening to a lot of people discord should probably notice something is up. I hope they will also see the amount of support messages here that are about this issue.

Had the same thing happen 7 days ago. Was using Discord just fine in the evening, go to sleep, wake up with an e-mail saying the same as it did for you. Immediately made an appeal, and later added onto that with a comment.
I share the hope that Discord realises something silly is happening, but the lack of responses on any support platform is making me very nervous.Hope we get our accounts back.

I got a response from Discord.
Had to confirm my age with a photo that shows my face, ID and a note with my (discord) username.2 -

8 days since the initial appeal.
I read in a couple of places that fixing ‘age issues’ generally get fixed pretty quickly.2 -
I see well its a sign they are atleast replying to tickets so thats good.
I hope you get a response quickly and get your account back and the rest of us will be here praying.

Ninjajamjam I waited, no separate tickets. Heard that that can ‘reset’ your position in the queue, and if you make too many get you marked for spam.
I don't really have any device, tried reaching out to their support twitter with some questions, but no responses there…1 -
Mikeheeskens96 just curious, what was your ticket number if you're willing to share? I'm kinda wondering how far up they are on tickets lol.

I got a reply saying I'm apparently underage now and had to send a picture of my ID and discord username. I hope this will get me my account back

For anyone who's curious, after 12ish days of no response on my first ticket, i made a new one and received a response (reason for ban) within a couple of days.
