Account Disabled - No Reason Given, 3 Days Silence
I am certainly not the only person with this issue, but i will certainly not be the last.
I got my account disabled around 3-4 days ago. Sent MULTIPLE tickets to support, only to have receive the exact same vague response from the bot.
"Hello, Your account was disabled for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. We will not reinstate the account."
Whenever I reply to the bot asking to speak to a human/ask for an elaboration on the matter, I get radio silence from both the bot and the support team.
I have no idea what has caused this, & discord should think about revoking this new ai thing due to it causing many people to get falsely banned.

They won’t revoke the AI since in their new report it says that they have sent 50k reports of cp to NCMEC and they believed this is helping them even tho like 100 of them or less were actually convicted

yeah the AI only moderate images/videos, links or text sent. However, if you sent a file link they won’t detect it so the problem would still be here and users being banned would only be innocent who sent something which AI detects as illegal unfortunately

the only thing I could reasonably think of as to what got me band was exchanging a set of images of me & some other art between my main account and my alternate account.
but that's where the issue is, is that the images weren't going anywhere else besides that, but the ai probably picked up that i was sending NSFW or some wack conclusion like that

On reddit a few days ago someone said they got banned for sending an adult actress which ai detected as CSAM. So my advice would be stopping sending nsfw stuff in case the AI decide your fate

It was never private btw. Every message you sent is saved to database which the Discord employees have access to. They will be able to read everything you sent

It seems I finally got a member to review and they just closed my ticket lmao. This is a joke

8 days, no response. X support is useless, just a copy and paste of the same generic response. Sad part is my account has been nitro boosted for years and this is the service they provide.

Nitro or not you get sent to the same pool of tickets, no special priority even though they keep shoving it in your face
