Urgent Unjust Account Suspension, Nitro Cancellation, and Financial Concerns - Seeking Community Assistance

I hope this message finds you all well. I find myself in an unexpected and frustrating situation, and I am reaching out to share my experience and seek assistance or insights from fellow users who may have faced similar issues.
Recently, my account was inexplicably disabled, and my Nitro subscription was canceled. To provide context, it has come to my attention that a user from the "It's Over 4" server, by the name of Selene, intentionally targeted my account with the goal of getting it falsely disabled. Selene's actions have left me bewildered and concerned about the status of my account.
I want to clarify that I have consistently followed Discord's community guidelines, ensuring that my interactions remain respectful and inclusive. To my knowledge, I have never posted dehumanizing or discriminatory content, nor have I incited violence towards any individual or community based on their real or perceived membership to a protected group.
I submitted a support ticket (Ticket Number: #42319284), hoping to get clarification on the reason behind the account suspension. Unfortunately, I have not received a response, leaving me in the dark about the status of my account.
This lack of communication has been disconcerting, and I am turning to the community in the hope that someone might have insights or advice on how to navigate this situation. Has anyone else experienced a targeted account suspension and successfully resolved it?
Moreover, I paid for my Nitro subscription just 5 days before the account suspension, and the subsequent cancellation feels like a significant financial setback. It's disheartening to feel as if I've been scammed after faithfully supporting the platform.
Additionally, I have gathered screenshots from my end, clearly depicting my adherence to community guidelines and the absence of any violation. My friend Hakee, who was in the same server, received a warning and promptly left when he got the notice, which I unfortunately did not notice at that moment (if you see above already).
The incident occurred on Tuesday, January 9th, 2024, at 3:52 pm EST. The urgency to resolve this matter is further amplified by the cancellation of my Nitro subscription, affecting my access to premium features.
If anyone has information on how to escalate such matters or has successfully communicated with Discord support in similar situations, your input would be invaluable.
I been on discord for several of years and I had all my friends and my server is there along with my important data which I don't wanna lose them.
If they fail to reinstate my account and fix the ban system, we know the point after we seen now that Discord had lay off 17% of their employees. They let AI do it's job instead of human doing the work. If more people see what's going with Discord and how support isn't doing a proper job to care about the users (which we know they're customers), they will leave and move to another messaging service platform.
Thank you for taking the time to read this, and I appreciate any feedback, insights, or assistance the community can provide.

There's nothing we can do here other than collectively grief together due to lack of support from this company. Hopefully in sometime we can get more people to boycott Nitro and make them desperate to fix the issues they imposed on themselves.

Mikey If we keep annoying them and not giving them anymore money, they will listen. However, we know guilded does have the same feature as Nitro for free. It will make more people go to guilded more than going to discord often.
I am working on a video soon to explain what's going on with discord. If they don't care about the customers, but they care about small group of people who got their feelings hurt, the more people will stop paying for nitro and move out of this platform.

They have such strange measures. If you joining a server gives you a message telling you that the server is bad and u being in it violates ToS, why was this server allowed to exist and why did it allow users to be invited to it?? It doesn't make any sense that a user that is new to a server would just get a message and no time to react. Not everyone is online on discord every minute of the day and some people get on a couple days a week or so on.
I got my account disabled without even getting such a notice. No email. No communication whatsoever. They just continue to tell me I violated ToS. I finally figured out what exactly caused this but not from them and they refuse to have a person look at what got me banned. I reposted a picture that is completely innocent in of itself but unfortunately it has a backstory and if you are a normal person who just minds their business and uses discord largely just to talk to their friend group, there is no way you would ever know this. Not to mention the image is posted by everyone else who joined the server and the image is sitting there over and over with no flag whatsoever. It is posted because it is the captcha system of the server to pick the coloured image of 4 images and paste it to prove you are human. No harm was done to anyone anywhere except to all the unsuspecting people like me who got invited to this server under many different guises. All of us get our accounts disabled. Meanwhile the only one doing the harm is the one who set up the server and doing the inviting, but they just get rewarded by discord because they don't get banned and they continue to lure innocent users.
Just sharing another example where discord's measures to keep the community safe are simply counterproductive and those who know what can get users banned without investigation can easily exploit the system to harm users instead.
My suggestion to them although they probably will never read this is to suspend the accounts as they are doing, but not to have any accounts deleted until a proper human investigation of the account is done to see if the user actually did harm or intended to. I'm sure they can also program an algorithm that detects trends in users accounts being disabled suddenly and realize that these people are victims of something and auto give back the accounts with a message telling them what caused it in the first place to serve as a warning. But ultimately, discord is a social platform and it's really sad that we have to be scared about joining servers because we never know which one could lead to losing our account. Not to mention being scared of a friend suddenly turning out to not be a friend, but actually someone just trying to get ur account banned.

Shinyeeveelutioncosplayer For your nitro, this is criminal in my opinion. Try to put in a ticket for a refund and if that gets ignored, request a chargeback to your credit card if that's what you are using. That usually results in your account being banned but if they banned it for you (unjustly especially) then you have all the right. I would just look into that to make sure your next account wouldn't be compromised too.
They didn't cancel my subscription but rather told me mine would autorenew on Feb 1 unless I stop it which I can't because I don't have access to my account lol.. On the flip side as much as I want to have nitro, I refuse to pay them anything anymore on my new account. They don't deserve my support when they refuse to offer me support.
