Account Still Falsely Disabled

I've already made a post about this, but since it's been 9 days now with not a single word from Discord, I'm making another one. On January 6th my account was disabled with no email from support or a reason why my account was disabled. It is January 15th today and I've still not received and email from Discord support explaining why my account was disabled and my ticket has been basically ignored this entire time. 

I have seen so many people that are in the same situation as me posting on the forums about their accounts being falsely disabled too. This is an entire different issue than people being banned for their age or scam accounts being banned. Many people were just banned for no reason due to the Ai randomly putting them in the crossfire. 

If a discord staff member sees this, please at least make an announcement about all the accounts that have been falsely disabled. At least letting everyone know what our fates are for these accounts, whether we are getting them back. Because I feel like most people are just frustrated at this point that we have had no feedback at all on such a major mess up that caused many people to lose money, memories, and contact with many friends.

    It's nearly week and I'm still go no word from them. Honestly, I broken any rules on discord since some incel by the name of Selene did posted something on purpose to get my account falsely suspended and my friend's accounts as well by getting the server reported. Honestly, they don't know they're violating some laws that relates to their customers and important data. You know if things goes worse, it will be to the point, it will be a class action lawsuit and more people will move to guilded, revolt and alternatives. 

    They have a choice either apologize to us, give back our accounts (which we can back up everything), fix the ban system and give us some compensation for having our nitro subscription cancelled  or face the consequence that they will be in a lawsuit which there's a list of discord users who got their accounts falsely disabled will testify in a court case.

    it’s been 21 days for me. It seems once AI ban you, you aint getting a response from them at all
