Discord keep closing my ticket without a response
Discord keeps spam closing my ticket without even giving a response. I was one of the people who had their account falsely banned due to the AI. It insane to me how discord can just nuke my account of 8 years, not give any response or an email saying why, and just continue to ignore my ticket and even marking it as solved without responding to it. Complete joke of a support. 12 days without any update when I shouldn't even be banned in the first place.

I had the same issue where my tickets went solved instantly. The only way I managed to get a response from an actual human being was when I included a file image right after the bot responds. If you only include text, the ticket gets auto-solved.

It’s been 24 days for me. A 7 years old account nuked and not even a reply from Discord. They don’t care once you get AI banned and thats is absurd

My ticket remains open still as of right now under Account Appeals, it has been 6 days. Although that seems a bit more hopeful than seeing it say “solved” when the issue isn't solved. I've seen some people say they respond from 2 weeks - 1 month+.
So long as you can manage to pass the bot from marking it solved, you should be on the first step to getting a response from a human. Try to include all of the information so you aren't spamming the ticket over and over, I believe it puts you back at the end of the line to get a response.

I have the same problem, my account is over 7 years old, I am 21 years old and I am being blocked for being under 13 years old. Idiocy! In their opinion, did I register an account at the age of 4?

My account has been active for over 7 years and I was already over 18 by the time I made it jumping ship from skype. It's worse because even when I attach a file highlighting that the unauthorized transaction was handled, it still gets flagged as solved while I still can't access my account with an active nitro subscription rolling on it.

I've had my account for 7 years as well and I'm 31 and I've followed all the guidelines and does rules and i know I've seen some lots of TOS and NSFW chats but i don't post anything that I'm not supposed

Slimthereaper Sorry to bother you but how did it went for you in the end? Did you finally get someone to deal with your problem ? Has it got solved ?
