Pedophile hasn’t left

There’s been a pedophile who’s been harassing me and my friends for almost over a year not he’s 17 - 18 and has been sending them explicit messages to them and myself I’ve blocked him and they have also which hasn’t stopped him from making alt account and contacting my friends other friends for other victims I would also like to mention i and maybe others he has sent “photos” to and has groomed me unfortunately a victim and others reporting hasn’t worked or anything else and it’s repulsing that he has still been doing this for this long I hope for a better reporting system and a ban his account is ____bucket____
