First they banned it saying 'You are under 13'. I think they've banned it completely now.

I have raised the issue many times. My account was closed on the grounds that "You are under 13". Then I sent a selfie and it was not opened. My account is currently banned again due to "suspicious activity" until 2025. Moreover, the security team says that there is no such email. I am about to go crazy.
