Why discord supports ignoring.

My account was disabled for being too young, i made ticket and discord supports ignoring it for a week. Also they closing my new tickets.

    They're gonna keep ignoring you, I haven't gotten a human response for 32 days and counting and my account has been deleted permanently.

    NO FR i keep having this problem too, like im 17? i've sent the proof but it just keeps getting marked as solved by nelly, istg nelly is getting on my last nerve. ITS NOT SOLVED NELLY, NOTHING IS SOLVED.

    i made a age joke saying i was 9  didnt know u can get a ban saying it as a joke, i sent proof like 3 diferent requests nelly  or whatever when it says solved everything says no besides the last one is yes idek
