Flawed support system
So I keep seeing this instances where someone was hacked, the person who hacked them bought something through their account then disabled the account by violating TOS.
Then when they create a ticket to get help the tickets are automatically closed and discord support doesn't help in any way.
So discord walks away with however much $$ the hacker spent, the hacker walks away with a whole lotta boosts or nitro gifts and the actual user just gets ignored till the discord bot deletes their account and pretends the issue never happened.
The idea that a help ticket can ever automatically close without direct approval from the person that submit the ticket is beyond wild, why are we leaving it up to a bot to decide if people's issues were resolved before anyone actually helps?
Would it be so difficult to just leave a button on the ticket so the user can toggle “solved” after the issue has been resolved then if they fail to hit the button you just send an email with follow up.
It's like the support system actively tries Not to help.
