Discord's bot banned me by accident.
I've got a permanent ban from my own private gaming server just for posting 3 memes in general channel without being marked with Age-Restriction.
The bot banned me for Child Safety protocol, but I've read it and my case wasn't in it, my memes weren't violating anyone, the people below my post were laughing and it was all for fun. I have this account from 6 full years and with Zero violations of T&C. It happened inappropriately, and I just want my account back because will lose 14+ yo contact from from different countries.. just like that without any fault 😭.
I'm trying to appeal, but they just mark as solved all my requests without any answer.
*Note - My tone is normal and calm in all of my ticket requests.

everyone's being banned nowadays for literally anything, i'm pretty sure i said i got banned for being underaged since i helped setup a bot to prevent minors from being on the server

After 5 days of waiting without result and after i finally succeed to enter in my discord support account + 1 more hour of waiting for answer I saw the instruction which their system left me to complete them and after that this will see my ticket …. Clever but no one will see those tiny letters which are posted vertically on the right side of the window.
Before was easy to do a report. You are explaining what happened, they are asking you something if they have additional questions and that's all.0 -
sometimes you get one of these with the email that you got sent when you were banned

The problem i have is that it says that they saw it and there is no reply on the ticket

It turned out that under the report ID and current ticket status are all the questions that need to be answered in order to start working on the case. I waited for 5 days thinking that they would contact me by email as it was until 2 years ago. At first I logged in through my phone, because you can't log in through the Mozilla browser. However, you don't get any such instructions there. I decided to try through Explorer and it worked, there I already saw that they have a questionnaire. I filled out their questionnaire last night and now I'm waiting to see what happens. Basically, I had answered all their questions without knowing about the questionnaire, but my ID and that of the server were missing.

Dude, my friend got banned for sending picture of saffron flower, they stated it's a CP, how is that even possible, I feel like anything can get you ban everyday.

OMG! If this happened in the default general channel without Age-Restriction know that is the reason. I remembered the hard way that the discord bot bans you for B.S. if you post in the original general channel. Mine case is 99% similar. Only the memes are different, but mine are not violent too.
