Discord Support Team Not Doing There Job
Let me begin by explaining how my Discord account became disabled. Recently, someone threatened to falsely report me for being underage because I refused to refund money for a completed job they had requested.
Then, through email, I received this message:
"So I thought, okay, I'll just provide proof of my age, and that should resolve the issue." I promptly sent in the necessary documents, including my State ID, as requested in the email. After waiting for a response, the request was marked as "solved," and I felt relieved. However, upon attempting to log back in, I encountered the same issue:
Confused, I submitted another request, wondering if it was a technical glitch that required waiting. Yet, each time, the response came back as "solved." This happened repeatedly, despite my efforts.
Discord Yall really need to hire or fix the people who is looking over the appeals and on top of that I heavily depend on Discord for game development, team communication, and managing subscriptions. And I rely on this platform for my income. (And My Account Still Says Disabled) My username is "deletedaccount,"

They marked it as “Solved” because they rejected your appeal, just give up your old account and move on with a new one or just quit Discord, even if you provide concrete proof that your not underaged, they won't accept your appeal. I recently got disabled with no explanations and they marked all my tickets as “Solved” too. They use a bot/AI to check your tickets and there is basically a less than 1% chance of getting unbanned.

Same, discord is my main source of income, I don't know how I was reported for being underage when I am well above the age requirement, very confused and scared right now, I hope Discord support can reinstate my account.
