#43337292 Discord not responding to my ticket after 9 days for a Age Appeal

I find this quite weird that when i send a ticket with not all the information provided or anything visible i get a reply after only a week but when i send a ticket with all the proof needed i don’t get a response? Isn’t this strange or is it just me? Are they just making it seem as if they’re active and doing their job but in reality they’re just replying to the ones with missing information. Real people are texting me back while underlining the stuff im missing with their “copy and paste” bot message they use for basically everybody in bold letters so i know its a real person. Account has already been deleted as it has been 20+ days and i heard if it reaches 30 days my account gets deleted. I haven’t made many tickets but my ticket that has been looked at for 9 days hasn’t responded to me as i have updated my picture with my visible information. Where as my other one where i responded again with no visible or clear information they saw it and closed it within a day. If my account gets deleted I’ll notify you guys again cuz Ive had my discord account for 7 years. And for all of you guys wondering i was on my account whilst this happening and i randomly got logged out i never told anyone i was 13 i said i was 15 and thats above Age in U.S so I don’t get how I could’ve been disabled and it wasn’t the same day or time or whilst i was on my phone that i said it. Just hope discord reactives my account as i have lots of memory and even bought alot of nitro on it.
