Said a wrong sentence - Made my account getting disabled
Hello there.
My account got disabled on the 27/02/2024, i am not even sure what exactly happened, It god disabled due to me being underaged, which is clearly not true since i'm 16 and not 12. however i am really worried about that my account gets deleted after 30 days of being disabled and this just can't happen since theres a lot of really important things on my account. I am also really sure that i got falsereported by a person i am on a discord server with, what they said was “reported, you're prob. ain't gonna get banned” however my account was disabled a view hours after :D
I also was wondering if there's a way to get in faster contact with the Discord Team and also check my ticket status?
hope there is a way i can get that Account back before it gets deleted as it did got disabled for no true reason.

Same problem, bro. We were joking about how old someone is on the server where I moderate and received a message about account deactivation. I asked my friends, and they also encountered this problem, and they were unable to restore their account due to the actions of the auto-blocking system. Some have not had their account unbanned even after half a year. Perhaps this is a negligent attitude of support and the system itself.

Same problem It’s already the 5th day I’ve been trying to reach out and I’m getting nothing but SOLVED but as you can understand - it’s not solved at all No one can explain to me what I’m doing wrong, I open new tickets, I get SOLVED and that’s it, the circle starts again I'm starting to get very angry and lose my temper because of this crazy ignoring
