On February 1, 270₺ money went out of my account, so I canceled the payment and my card, thinking that my card may have been stolen, I completely forgot that I had an annual nitro subscription because it was completely forgotten that I had an annual nitro subscription because it was exactly 1 year later, after I understood the situation, I canceled the chargeback and approved the payment again, I apologize for the inconvenience and confusion I caused, my intentions were not bad, it was a complete misunderstanding, please can you reactivate my account.

    You can find out if your turn is near you by the ticket number. But it usually takes around 20-30 days due to lack of personnel
