Account Disabled

I was given no warning and only vague reasoning for my account being disabled. It was in good standing as reported by discord. The fact that discord refuses to even read the messages in my requests and just sends a copy-paste reply every time is insane. My account YeetCroisant was very important to me as I had lots of old messages with my friends and it was the only contact I had with some people. I do not understand how this service can be run so poorly that they don't even bother looking into issues to actually help their users.

    I had similar: disabled account with vague reasoning for it being disabled. I sent in a thing to have it reinstated, did lots of reasonable points, and sent it in, hoping it would be dealt with as swiftly as they disabled it.

     

    No. I got a bot response after a couple of days. I have had nothing for over a month. My account is now lost, and I feel that their idea of customer service is “ignore it till it can't have anything done to it.”

    My account had just been disabled for “being underaged” despite having the account for the second half my my highschool life (around 15-16). I had the right details put in and everything prior. 

    Was in a middle of a call discussing with some irl friends on what time to arrive at this place later that afternoon when i heard the sound that i was disconnected. I was in another tab so i look over and i was signed out and was told my account was disabled.

    It's been 3 days now, and so far I've sent 2 reports in, the first one giving a bot response, by telling me to send a photo of myself with my discord name and tag, as well as a photo of my ID showing my DoB. Despite following the instructions they filed me as following them as “no” and haven't had a response since.
    The second one i recently made today and that got a faster activity check, but they classed it as “solved” and barely did anything, no response telling me they were looking into it, no response on how long it'll take. All of my friends and messages are all gone and there's nothing i can do about it.
