Account Disabled???

my account is disabled, but i didnt do it??? i have no warnings on my account and ive even bought things. ive had my account for years so i dont know whats happening. can someone pelase help me

    I made an account off my number and then verified it to my email then I went back onto the app then it logged me out and I went to sign back into it and it said account disabled what did I even do???

     Too, I'm playing with my friend, my discord crashed and i seen “Your accound is disabled” this is a shame(((
