Advice Request on Hacked Account Recovery with Discord Support, issue is marked as solved when its not.
Hi all, I would just like advice on what to do to potentially recover my hacked discord account.
10 days ago, I fell for the "I falsely reported you" hack and ended up changing the email in my discord account and got hacked. I immedietely sent a support ticket to discord explaining the situation. A day after, they sent me a response saying that they've escalated my ticket to be investigated further by the team. But then today I got this automated response:
" Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support via this channel. If you need support on other subjects or situations, such as requesting to delete an old account or additional tips for setting up a new account, or questions about logging into the account, you can explore our Help Center here. "
The ticket got marked as solved, and being concerned about the progression of my issue, I sent a response saying that I would like to keep the ticket open because I still haven't recovered my account, the hacker is in fact still active on my account attempting to scam others. But I refreshed my page and the ticket remained marked as solved.
Do any of you guys have similar experiences with discord support? I'm really not sure what to do from here. Earlier in their first response, they warned me saying that opening up the ticket will slow their response and ability to help others. But at the same time, I'm very concerned by the fact that they are telling me that they are unable to help me in this ticket and that they marked the issue as solved when it isn't.

Well, unfortunately, if you don't have screenshots, it'll be a lot more difficult to get your account back. But maybe there's a way around it.
What kind of responses do you get from Discord?
Also, in your next report, I think it'll be better to send a screenshot of the hacker's profile (username, profile picture, about me, etc). The support team can use a screenshot like this to tell if a user is impersonating discord staff.

NeonGameboi I literally sent every screenshot there is to confirm that I was being hacked . The only thing that I don't have is a screenshot of the comversation between my hacked account and the Discord impersonater .
Responses from Discord bot Clyde for my previous tickets were either “ Unfortunately, if none of these suggestions work, you’ll have to make a new Discord account. ” , or “ Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support for this request. If you need assistance on other subjects or situations, you can explore our Help Center here. ”
If I could get a bloody response from the Support team , I would know where exactly I went wrong in my reporting process . I'm extremely frustrated by this man !!!
Bell Pepper is the one that's assigned to my current ticket at the moment , and he/she has barely ever said a word !!! And my tickets are being marked as solved every 5 mminutes and I had to give a reply every time it was marked as such in order to keep it ‘’open'' .
I'm beyond frustrated by how other people are getting their accounts back in like 1 week or even days whereas I'm here giving them butt-loads of evidence and yet nothing has happened !!!!
I'm sorry for the rant ! I want to speak to someone from the Discord support in a phone call . This email and support text response is not helping me !1 -

I think as a last resort, I could use my evidence and change it up so that it looked like you were being hacked by that hacker, but we may need to talk on Discord as it's a better way to communicate than here. If you'd like to contact me, my discord username is @glitchyneon
The reason why you're getting responses like that is because the support team can't determine if you've really been hacked or they may believe there's another way for you to get into your account (such as a linked phone number or QR code). If not that, then there's pretty much nothing they can do.
I also urge that if once you get a response stating that they've escalated your ticket, try your best not to add in any extra information. Just wait for another response which will follow it.
And also, you should only have one ticket open at a time regarding this situation. If you already have an open ticket, a bot or a staff member will close any new tickets you make which involves the same case as your currently open ticket.

I don't think words can express how much I'm glad to have met you on Discord Support and if it wasn't for you , I would've ended up like many others who have been waiting for a response for months and still don't get their account back !!

NeonGameboi, I sent you a request recently as well on Discord to potentially gain some aid in the area of retrieving a hacked account. Any help would be much appreciated. You’re a life saver for having a way to possibly help many of us who fell for the scam mentioned earlier in the initial post.

NeonGameboi, I'm so sorry for bothering you but I have unfortunately fallen for this scam too. I understand if you're busy and I am willing to wait if you will so kindly help me through this. I have the same issue of only having screenshots through my alternate account with the hacker and they've been trying to scam my other friends. :( i've sent you a request and my user is under the name @ossx____ tysm!
