Account got hacked and discord decides to just close my ticket after a month of waiting
So long story short, my anxiety got the better of me and I fell for a scam that had the hacker changed my email. So I decided to submit a ticket which I waited for a painstaking month While my account has real-life FRIENDS with whom me and them have shared real information with one and another from addresses such as where we would meet up, to universities, schools, and even where we live, and the hacker is just going rampent on my account, putting not only my information at risk but others too. Our privacy is endangered as time is being passed by, And when the day came when I got a response from discord. All I got were Beyond our original support regarding this issue, we're unable to provide additional information or support via this channel.
I submitted another ticket and a week later same response.
Is anyone experiencing this complete clown show?

This happened to me too, i've been waiting since 6 days ago but whenever i submit a ticket they instantly, yes i say INSTANTLY put it as “solved”. This won't and will never help future cases of scam and hacks later. Discord service really just SUCKS.

Yeah no wonder discord is a cesspool full of hackers and scammers..

Same thing happened to me as well, and speaking of that same exact reply, not just my first ticket, but THREE in total without actually helping me. I was originally hacked back in February 11 when I also fell to one of those “I accidentally reported you” scams that's now becoming more common on Discord, and it's no wonder why Discord's support is still garbage when it comes to handling hacked accounts.
So yeah, I decided to just give up, move on, and use my new account from now on, given how terrible the support team is and I'm fed up with them.

Since February 11, sheesh..
Also quick question is the account just sitting there offline, I need to know as I do not want the hacker to just go browsing through my friends0 -
From what I know, it was messaging my friends the same “I accidentally reported you” scam for maybe like a few days, however, I did let many of them know I was hacked through my new account, but it appears it's now offline after it was finished doing its job. So yeah, DMing my friends was pretty much the only thing it did.
But because I'm now getting used to my new account, I would prefer my original to get deleted since I felt the damage was done, although it's still there.

The same thing happened me Febuary second and I've made 5 tickets and they all say solved when in reality they didn't try solving anything, they have no system in place to help with stuff like that and giving away there source code so easily and dev mode doesn't make it better. Like pc can find there source code in the files and mobile we just get shafter and even when giving proof of ownership history whether its screenshots of conversation or phone number that was on the account hell even every name change they can't do anything like at all. My account is idle just there in my server offline and they can't and won't do a damn thing.0 -
Discord support doesn't seem to give a shit when it's scams like this because they can just blame it on the user's being fooled, when in reality if they had a better and more secure platform that alerted users of scams instead of posting about some stupid game on their Twitter, things like this wouldn't happen. They don't care to help people because they know in the end, they can still make money off others.
Discord support has never cared enough about anyone to genuinely give a shit so they just send out bots to respond to the problem and if they can't resolve it, they just close it and chalk it up to whatever shitty excuse they can.
Recently I've seen (and have had my own account hacked due to scam from a hacked friend, still haven't gotten a respond from discord support) about the Rhys Davis scam going around. It's all over reddit, Twitter, and here but they just don't give two shits about it because admitting their own platform is ruined would cost millions.
