Account disabled without warning or reason provided
Hello, I'm a bot developer since 2018, I had no issues so far but now my account has been disabled, I get 404 errors when I try to use 2FA to log in.
I opened a ticket and I was told my account is disabled "breaking terms of service or community guidelines", but I wasn't told what exactly happened, because I know I never done anything wrong so it must be a mistake.
At the very least I want ownership of my servers and bot back, transferred to another account, I am locked out of my servers, I have 2 big servers and a big bot.
Please help me, I would never break guidelines or terms of service intentionally, this must be a mistake.

Unfortunately there's nothing anyone can do for you, you can only submit a ticket and abide with what they tell you to do. If you've been told that you broke their terms of service/community guidelines, then I believe you unfortunately have no choice but to perhaps create another account and re-start everything.

This situation is giving me the worst stress I experienced, I lost a 50k server, another big support server and a big bot I worked on since 2018, years of my work gone.
I received no real answer so far, only “violated terms of service or community guidelines”, no further clarification, and now I received a rejection of ownership transfer in a very vague way.
This is the only answer I got, basically no answer, just a vague rejection.
"Thanks for providing that information. As a result of Trust & Safety concerns, we cannot proceed with your ownership transfer request.
Please note that we cannot share specifics on the nature of these concerns, nor can we provide insight on potential next steps for the application at play.
I am going to go ahead and close this ticket, but if there are any follow-up questions you have or anything else you need help with, then just respond to this ticket to reopen it and I'll be happy to help you out."1 -
For me also, they immediately disable your account without any warning or chance to explain yourself. I really wish they would be more patient. I jokingly said I'm 12 years old and someone reported me- throughout my account life I've told my correct age(I started using discord only when I was 13). but they ignored all that, and instead focused on one message and disabled my account. It's so annyoing and my ticket has been ignored for 9 hours.

Yes that's really bad, for me it's even worse because they said they can't tell me the reason, why would they not even tell me anything at all

They keep refusing to tell me a reason, support repeats the same copy/pasted answer, and they don't answer the phone, didn't answer on twitter, I have never experienced a worse customer service before in my life.

found this article that might explain this situation people are facing, accounts being disabled, a panic response to this crisis, collateral victims of indiscriminate bans in the hopes of getting the actual hackers ?
I have no other explanation, my tickets are not answered, I got no explanation, it's been 7 days so far.

It's been I think 10 days, I still got no help, no answers, only automated messages, I can't get in contact with a real support person to help me, PLEASE HELP ME
