How many tickets is too many

    Too many tickets can make slow down, putting you in last queue and you should focus the ticket not another ticket It'll get messed up which it will not work and automated as I know what problem with support.

    My first ticket still open for 11 days and second ticket was closed that's why it can be confused because a bot will not automated my first ticket just waiting to getting touch in with support as you can wait for few weeks.

    Remember make you have explained clearly together so bot or support will not close your ticket or solved in case lowest chance of getting automated. And if you made an accident to made a ticket so you can put all information in the ticket They'll understand to help you.
