Need some advice

Hi! So my account got hacked a little more than a month ago, and at the beginning I panicked and submitted 4 total tickets within the span of i think 3-4 days. When I learned sending more tickets doesn’t help, I stopped, and haven’t sent a new ticket in about a month. the ticket that was left open was replied by a bot and marked as solved, along side the rest of them, and 2 of them were closed for comments without a reply. I was thinking of trying to submit a new one in hopes of getting a reply from an actual person, and seeing people who had the same issue as me get their accounts back was a bit discouraging when they got an answer within a couple hours. Should I submit a new ticket? I’m scared they’re going to mark my email as spam if they haven’t already, and it really sucks not being able to get my account back from that scammer. (For context I fell for the “I reported you” scam)

    I was one of the people who fell to the scam too and i was pretty lucky for the staff answering me in less than 20 minutes. Don't lose hope and don't panick! Please send a screenshot to me of the choices you will choose for your new report (you need to or else there is no way to get it back).

    I'm at the 25th day mark and yet my first ticket hasn't been closed or whatever, I'm still waiting, no activity from the team tho, and the ACC is still going rogue scamming :(
