Discord Disabled My Account And Now Refuse To Reply To My Ticket It's Been Day's Worst Service Ever...
Update : They fixed my disabled account but now they banned it for A YEAR! discord support is the worst support system ever !!
My account got disabled due to underage guidelines although I'm 21 years old, i submitted a ticket with all my information and proof of identity and my age a selfie with my ID card, its been days now and nobody even looked at it…
and the funny part is i sent a ticket with another account as a general help and they responded in just few minutes like barely 20min and it takes them days to even look at my actual ticket from this account I'm having problem with..
Discord has the WORST support service ever I'm so done with these people.
I have spent hundreds of dollars on this account bought nitro every single month but nah they don't care,
*TBH I'm not using discord with another account i want my account back or I'm done with this app.*

My tickets are ignored too, can't get in touch with a real support human, it's only automated stuff. Sucks we're going through this, hopefully we can get some attention from support

I got a response on my first support ticket. I did as they said(selfie, ID with birthdate, paper with username), but they just said that i was missing my ID??? So i sent a photo again of my ID, but then they just tell me that i broke the TOS. This sucks man hope we all get our accounts back.

I've been experiencing the same issue with Discord support – despite receiving notifications that my problem has been resolved, I've been unable to log in for days because my account is still disabled. I'm really hoping they'll respond and provide the assistance I desperately need.

Same issue with me, my account literally got disabled for being “underaged” the SECOND time which is so stupid because I verified my age the first time it happened so why did it get disabled if I already verified my age??? It's so dumb how people could just report you for being underaged and discord just automatically disables your account??!!! This was 18 days ago and I have 12 days left till my account gets permanently deleted forever, I've made multiplie requests with the right information yet they keep saying it's wrong. Now I got a new open ticket that nobody has responded to in 2 days. I am so annoyed with discord's support system. Ticket is 44807896 if an actual coherent discord mod could step in.
