Account still hacked and Discord support keeps marking it as solved
I have been hacked since Jan 22 2024 from the “I accidentally reported your account” one. I already sent in like 3 or 4 support tickets and they all get marked as solved without even solving the issue.
Can someone give me a better idea on what to do cause there are still some victims of this that haven't got their account back yet.

From what I scrapped in this forum, you need to click “yes” in the section where it is asking “Did you receive an email from Discord explaining your account's associated email address was recently changed?” if I remembered the question correctly, do not spam tickets, send ticket at around 11am to 3pm PST time, use stronger words and give as much information as you could, evidence that you can provide showing that you are the owner of the account, I'm still waiting as well

Dang dude 3 months, that's depressing… I'm sorry dude. It almost seems like discord likes accounts getting hacked, they buy nitro and then support puts us all on read.

I pretty much did.
But after 2 days it got marked as solved.
Nothing has changed at all.

this is all so awful, I went through the same scam and I'm worried about how my account is threatened for “termination” because i did not “comply with their validation process” (paying them money). did they also threaten account deletion for you? if so, i have a very limited time i can receive support before my account is gone…

Takitafuu The scammer would most likely use the account to continue scam others before selling it, unless the account is used for spamming and discord disabled the account then it might be gone. Otherwise I don't see there is any reason they are not using the account for profit.

Alright Theultimatetd222, let us know when you have your account back. Still haven't got my main one back due to falling for the same scam as you.
