Unlimited friend request update

We should be allowed to add as many people we want to are friends list without  being put into a day or hour long cool down mode because it's annoying when u are forced to create a new account and u need to re add all your friends but boom the add friends button broken and say unavailable person or the user name is wrong when it's correct spelled. But in cool down mode it say otherwise
