PSA for those who got hacked!
Okay guys I got hacked via token grabber 2 and a half weeks ago, and summited a ticket with “hacked account” as the subject.
1 week goes by, ticket gets closed for no reason
Did the same thing again, ticket gets closed for no reason 1 week after again
Another submission this time but I checked yes to “have you received an email about the change” and the likely cause of the hack to “I don't know”…. Response to reset my password and reverted email went in 30 min after the ticket, a human support admin even removed the hackers 2fa after I requested it when I can change my password.
Conclusion is that support is run by bots, and if you want to get something done, you really got to fanaggle your request and words so that actual humans sees it. Kind of a broken system if you ask me.

Man, I've done this and only got automated responses saying nothing further can be done or that I should make a new Discord account which is silly. I send in plenty of proof but it doesn't seem like it's even looked at.
What did you end up writing in your successful ticket?

Happy that you got help. I have been tryring to get my account back from the hacker, in my case it was the “I reported your account” scam. First ticket was 2 months ago,flagged as solved, and every single time my ticket got solved I created another one. Also tried the “I have recieved an email from discord” thing, but its still the same outcome, it gets flagged as “solved”. By this point I just want my account deleted, so the hacker cant use it to scam others, but even that seems to be too much for Trust and Safety.
Been the 8th time now trying to get trough, wish me luck. As long as I dont get a proper reason why they deny me help I will continue opening tickets after the old ones get closed. At some point I guess I have to get a lawyer.
Edit: If you wonder what the “activity” thing is, it was an automated message from discord asking me to rate the “Quality” of the help I recieved
