Discord Support Impossible to contact
I've had a compromised account for over 2 months now. My original ticket has gone without updates for over a month. I'm just wondering what Discord expects its users to do when the only channel of communication they have is ignored by their own support staff. I've been told to not make new tickets, to make new but different tickets, to respond the original ticket with more info, to not respond to it because it'll get me pushed to the back of the queue… I've no idea what the process is supposed to be here or what's expected of me when tickets go unanswered.

Is the ticket status still open? If so, at least it is still open, because some people like me had to experience them deliberately closing the ticket despite proof being shown

The ticket is still open, at least. It's hard to feel like that's even a difference though. If they never read it, is it any different from a closed or falsely solved ticket?

Update, at least your discord ticket isn't purposely targetted by discord support people to close my ticket..

I did submit 3 or 4 tickets and it got marked as solved yet the problem isn't solved. I've been hacked since Jan 22 2024
