Hacked account and Discord Support does nothing
I know a lot of people are in the same boat which is insane that Discord so readily is hackable and yet they don't try to be personable to their users. I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks and getting no response. Nelly, the bot, seems to close any support ticket I make with this back up account and my primary, I have no idea what the status of the tickets are because the hacker changed username and added the 2fa thing, so I can't get the account back myself.
To believe I pay for Nitro and so do thousands of others, but they can't have live support.

Yea i sent in a request a month ago about my hacked account. I noticed my account had been deleted, which I know from other posts that they can't restore deleted account. I sent in a really mean message trying to figure out wtf is wrong with the mentality of the people that run this support system. I got an automated response last week saying there was nothing they can do. I tried to do a chargeback through paypal on the years worth of nitro i bought, that i only got 2 months of use out of but paypal said no dice. So, i basically just cussed discord out in the support ticket.
It's really disgusting how they treat their customers.
I also think that there's not really much incentive to stop hackers, the hackers sometimes buy nitro to trick more accounts. Why would Discord want to stop that? they love the money the hackers are generating them. Plus they already got the 100$ USD from me, why would they care if I lose my account? Truth is that they don't care about me as a long term customer they just want that sweet sweet short term cash.
At this point I'm just crossing my fingers hoping discord crashes and burns.2 -
Chucacabrawow a lot of us are. I'm sure it's only a matter of time untill there's a huge migration somewhere else.
