Making this post cause Discord hasn't responded to my age appeal tickets
I know discord support is bad so I'm making this post in hope of some kind of attention from someone at Discord.
I sent an age appeal 14 days ago for my falsely disabled account which they responded to about twice for the first 3 days. I was told that the image I sent wasn't clear so I asked what part of the image wasn't clear which they responded saying my face wasn't clearly shown. I took another picture and emailed them and they've ghosted me since. I've sent two other tickets with 4 days in between each and both have been marked solved (probably by a robot) with no response.
I'm worried that the tickets are going to go past the account deletion date which I heard was a month. Especially cause my account was reported for a message I said as a joke. I'm above the age to use Discord so this is really frustrating.

Usmanentco They’ll probably reply back in a little over a month! Most people in this thread (including myself) waited a month, but some people get lucky and have it solved under a month. It’s stressful waiting but it’s better than nothing ig :(
My advice is to not make new tickets. If it’s the same topic, they’ll usually mark new tickets as solved straight away and only keep the original ticket open. I’ve also heard that they’ll push you back in the queue since it might be marked as spam (but dw i made like 7 tickets and they still got back to me eventually)
It’s also better to make comments within the original ticket that’s marked as open instead of making a new one :)

Asha I heard disabled/suspended accounts get permanently deleted at the 14 day or 31 day mark. Are you saying they no longer delete the account by the 1 month mark?

Usmanentco Yep they don’t, as long as you have an open ticket for it. I was also stressed about that fact but my account was still up after the 33rd day :)

Interesting. The other weird part is my tickets that were marked solved were assigned to trust and safety. So I don't think a bot auto closed it.
If they needed more information or a new photo because it's blurry or whatever, surely they would message me telling me that right?
