I'm a discord user since 2016 and my account got randomly suspended for age restrictions.

So I have been a discord user since 2015, and today I got surprised with a random account suspension. It states that I'm violating discord TOS for being under the age of 14. If the math is done correctly that would mean that I created my account by the age of 5 years old and since I'm also a discord nitro subscriber it would mean that I've been spending 10€ a month since I was 8/9. I use the app as a tool for online line of work and a out of nowere suspension is actually going to cause me financial harm. I think for this type of occasions a warning should be issued! Also I got told that this is a massive suspension wave wich makes me scared that support to the appeal tickets will be slow and that is going to have a very negative impact on my day to day life. Any suggestions on what I should do?

    Usually they require you to prepare a legal valid ID and a personal selfie to prove your age

    Already did it, but still no response, not even a reply saying message received :(

    There is nothing you can do. They are very slow in responding tickets.
