My discord account is disabled for being “Underage” and Trust & Safety hasn’t responded!!!!

I’ve been waiting for 10 days now.. With no responses coming up to the 11th day I’ve contacted their Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, their company phone number with 0 responses for 10 days now.. I’m a content creator on Twitch, Tiktok & Youtube with some other platforms I also use and upload on and built a decent sized community on the Discord platform, I might have had some people who envied or even hated me & that might be the reason they reported me, I don’t know what exactly lead to my “Underage” ban but I provided all the information discord asked for including proof my age my face my discord name. The crazy part is I’ve been on there platform for a couple years now & might have even brought them memebers in for my side with nothing but utter love for the platform.. But when I need assistance to get something looked for or just general support I’m getting 0 to no response. When I google and check it says Trust & Saftey shouldn’t take anymore then 24-48 hours and even a day more is alright with me.. But the thing is they delete the accounts after a 14 day time period so if they are going to set dates on when accounts are being deleted they should actually start to pay attention to the tickets that are incoming for the people who have been wrongfully banned by the platform. I’ve went through post after post and discussion page after discussion page to see that i’m not the only one going through this. Just crazy how a big platform like this could care so little about their supporters and content creators.
