Discord support has been unresponsive for 11 days!!!!

And so, my account was blocked for the minimum required age, now I am 13 years old, you can sit in discord from the age of 13. I've been using discord for 7 years now. There were no violations before that. Please unpack. When switching to the reason for the ban, the discord fails, My nickname is can1kurlsh1kgr1bov. Please respond.

    bro, its base, its ok. I made about 12 tickets and they closed all of them. im keep waiting for answer from real people for 3 month. xD [ x( ]

    My account got stolen and then reported for underage. It is now banned while they are keep posting malicious  links in our server. It has been 19 hours now and I'm getting no help.

    I've been waiting for 11 days too, I even tried to make another ticket but some bot instantly closed it… It seems like discord has the worst support I've ever seen

    Alandarkowski , I actually got my first reply from a human ( I think ) today, after 18 days. IF you send more then 1 ticket, it will get delayed more and more and more. As long as you have a Ticket OPEN, your account should stay un-deleted ( I think )

    Yeah I've read that it might slow down the process, but I feel like I did the appeal wrong cuz I did it under  the “Appeal to an action taken on my account” (or somthing like that) category while I think I should have done ot under the ”Update my age information" category so it basically means that If I'm unlucky and someone tells me to do a new appeal again i might not make it within 30 days before my account gets deleted, tf am I supposed to do when discord moderation is too slow? It took them like 5 hours to ban me over some stupid joke and now I have to wait god knows how long to get an answer
