Scam/Spam Bot Protection by making it uninteresting for them

Soo, this is a thought. I wonder whether anyone would agree with me on this.

Most of the scam/spam bots joining discord servers seem to have the target of spam DMing members of that server of spamming friend requests to the members.

Please introduce a permission setting for roles which allows/forbids DMing/friendRequesting server members. So we can assign a role for this once the user has properly introduced themselves to the community.

I am totally aware that this is not a trivial change as you could DM and FR people directly. So this properly needs to tie in with the personal account settings whether you allow this or not as well. But you'll figure it out.
