My account got hacked and banned and i have yet to get help regarding it

My account got hacked after i downloaded a game. The hacker got control over my pc through a RAT (Remote Access Trojan) were he proceeded to try and steal my information, when he was unsucessfull he opted for doing something about my discord account, sent something to himself through my account to his and it resulted in my ban for Child Safety Violation.
I have been trying to explain my situation for almost a month now and its getting frustating as i dont have any concrete answer over this, i have presented proof of the virus that affected my computer and even reported to my countries authorities for the hacker could have posted some very illegal content through my account which could lead for legal consequences in my future.
The virus in question comes from a free game called “Elaras Echo” which website can still be found up (at the current time im writting this) and i also have the virustotal link of the program (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/851771d717c4cac0cc12d841d5696bbef5d0dc0963d4a2f758e004dd8382511f).
I just want discord to pay some attention to this because the user who hacked me is still using discord and without my account i cannot report him
