Please help me recover my hacked account
I beg of you discord, I've been waiting over 3 months now and it feels like no progress at all is being made, every ticket I open ends up getting closed without receiving any help… Below is the last answer I received…

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE NOTHING CAN BE DONE WHEN ALL THEY HAVE TO DO IS SWAP MY ACCOUNT'S MAIL BACK TO THE OLD ONE???? I don't know what to do anymore, I've lost contact with so many people dear to me because of this, so many people who have no idea why I disappeared and who I have NO WAY to contact anymore, this has also done tremendous damage to my professional life, I was admin of multiple servers including one with several hundred members, and a ton of sensitive personal data is locked away there inaccessible until I recover my account… my LIFE depends on this, I need my account back, PLEASE HELP ME, I BEG YOU!

I got my account back, finally. Just keep at it until you get a person, I managed to get a person called Nelly two times and they eventually got to helping me out.

Well doenst seem to be my case.
I just got confirmation that discord is indeed deleting my account and im sad about it.
No matter how much i explain or i try to talk with them i just keep getting ignored and thrown under the bus.
Its genuinely infuriating that they would just put an account for deletion without giving it a fair chance to even be prosecuted properly or analised throughly.0 -

I found out that its best to ask once again on a previous ticket you opened than to open a new one, you get at least some response on them.

hey, do you think you can help me too? i submitted a ticket about 16 days ago and Clyde said they were unable to fix my issue. I knew this wasn't true, because my friend from school also got her account hacked on the same day I had mine hacked, and she was able to get her account back within 3 days. Its been more than two weeks for me, so I submitted 2 other tickets (all of which were marked as solved with no help given). I only found out now that if you submit more than one ticket, they will automatically close any new ones that you open. What do I do now? Should I wait a couple of weeks before submitting another one or should I just keep trying even though they might all just be marked as solved? I pray there's still hope for my account… I've had it for so many years 😥😥

Try to reopen previous tickets you had by writting on them, explain the situation and ask for another appeal and human/employee to help you with your situation, i have been fighting for my account for over a month and im still waiting to see what will happen0 -

i would say for you to do a new appeal and try again from that one, if it gets solved once again request that they check the appeal and review your case.
i think discord is understaffed and too automatized for there to be good enough support regarding accounts getting stolen, hacked or used for illegal activities.
I have been waiting for almost 2 months and they have yet to give me a concrete answer to why i am banned and why no action is being taken on my account other than dismissal, might take a while but dont give up0 -
arachan23 is there any way you can help me too? I was hacked as well by the false report hack. and they threatened my account.
Or anyone? can anyone else help with what im doing wrong on these tickets?

Are appeals and tickets different? Because Ive been sending in tickets, but if theres another way to send them a notice about my account id love to do so

I dont think theres really anything wrong with your tickets, i just think youre one of the many unlucky people when it comes to account recovery. Some get their accounts back in minutes while some take months. All we can do is keep trying and hope for the best 🤷♀️🤷♀️ also make sure not to spam too many tickets, make your explanation of the situation as detailed as possible and provide as much information through screenshots as u can.. im still tryna get my acc back too 😭 its already been abt a month (to the same scam as u lol).

So I make it as detailed as possible in the beginning? My last ticket got assigned, but then got marked as solved. I don't know if I message in that ticket and confirm it wasn't solved or what I do.0 -
Hey could someone help me? I feel for one of those “Accidently reported your account” and directed me to someone, they told me to switch my Gmail to one they had so they could access and fix the account.
I did and then they started asking me to pay money for a Razer code or some crap and eventually ghosted me when i started trying to figure out what just happened. I can give the account name and Gmail it was connected to0 -

I have done 4 so far and they actually replied in Gmail, now i'm just trying to get them to understand what went down and that it wasn't just me mistakenly switching from one Gmail to another XD

No, appeals is just one of the ways you can make a request (when u do a new request you should choose the appeal one) i believe they all count as tickets but depending on the type of request you choose you will have different people looking at it (this of coursing implying actual humans will show up).
Do keep trying to see if someone eventually grabs your ticket and if it gets solved, write again ON THE SAME TICKET!
I have been doing this for the past 2 weeks and at the very least i have been getting some activity on my previous tickets, hopefully i will have this solved soon.
Dont give up just becuase they take a bit to answer, iirc they are very understaffed.0 -

Hard to say since i am not behind it, i have been waiting almost 2 months for a concrete answer on my account.
Most of the staff impersonators you might find are actually just bots unfortunately, even if they have what seems like real names or even different images.
Appeals are at least for me what i was always recommended even tho i got hacked (discord would always say i was trying to appeal so i began to write there) so please write appeals instead since they are forced to check your account that way.
As for the amount of tickets you have written i would say for you to wait until they are solved now and then explain through a final ticket with the appeal option, explain everything you can formally and politely the same way you would write to a police report.0 -

Like Andrew kilpatrick stated, the “Appeal & update Requests” option is the one im refering to.
You can get there by submiting a new request and choosing it from the drop down menu that shows up, then state your problem there in a formal kind of letter, if you have pictures of what happened then post them, even if they are just screenshots of the emails you got sent from discord itself it can help.0 -

I get ya, they replied to me canceling my payments to the account rather quickly, but info regarding the compromised account, i just got two generic reply, first greeting and telling me the investigation was open and next asking for me to confirm that was the gemail that was attached to that account, its just been sitting open ever since.
Can't complain too much as its been only a day so guess thats not bad0
