Falsely reported and Blocked by discord customer care.

My friend had his account hacked and the hacker made false reports against my account. My friend notified me about this and told me to contact kevinofficial.12 who told me to change my account email to what he gave me. And since the false reports were about illegal transcations, he asked to show him my bank history and I have no bank since I am 16. I told him that i dont  have a bank and before I could explain he told me nothing can be done and blocked me.

I have lost complete access to my account and the owner have the account which reported me has acknowledged that the reports were false.
