technical support openly ignores the request
My account has been hacked. I created a request in which I attached screenshots. Support for the second month cannot solve this problem. Someone else has already renamed my account and unlinked all my data. I reported this, but there has been no response for about 2 weeks. Disgusting attitude towards users.
