Age bans
I understand discord banning me for making a joke on a server about me being underage, but after submitting my proof of ID, multiple requests and being of age I would expect that they would enable my account again…. Please do better with your support discord.

Enchantra Unfortunately, you'll be waiting a long time, because their support is so terrible, just make sure those demands aren't marked as resolved and the problem hasn't been resolved... In case it says solved just write them a problem not solved, we hope the best because this is catastrophic of them…

I’m 21 and I have done all of the steps they tell you to do on the support page to appeal. My driver’s license, my discord name and my face were all clear in the photo.. they just don’t care

It’s been 16 days plus they keep closing my case and marking it solved. This is why I’m complaining.

Did a human ever answer your request? If you make more than 1 request the bot will mark them all as solved. I've been waiting 14 days with two requests (did the first one wrong), both are open and seem fine. It'd be odd if they closed all your ticket for no reason

Nope nobody answered. It is odd that they would close all my tickets for no reason but this seems to be what has been happening to other people as well. I did do one of them wrong so hopefully they answer the one I did correctly and is still open.

Of course they don't delete the account because I read that after 15 days they delete the account…

They asked for another picture that was more clear, and he's been responsive so I presume it'll be resolved before the day is over. Also they have extended the deletion period to at least 30 days, so don't worry about that.

They removed the suspension approximately 2 hours ago. And I have my account back

Before my account was banned, I opened another ticket from the support section. 4 days have passed and my account has been suspended. Since my oldest ticket is open, all my other tickets have been solved. 9 days have passed and They gave an irrelevant and unnecessary response to the old ticket. I responded immediately and received the same response again. This is the second time I have responded to the same email and I am trying to reach them through that ticket to open my account.Can I get a different answer or can they open my account?

A little update for everyone: A few days after I posted this someone responded and my account was saved.
I think they responded because instead of sending another message, I sent images of my drivers license (in different angles too), and a picture of me holding my username & drivers license. So instead of sending messages when you reply, try sending extra images and a small sentence so that they’ll be sure to reply + be patient!1 -

make sure you conduct the conversation through that one ticket, because there is no need to open new requests, they will return the account after 14-15 days, you just have to be patient..

They responded to my old ticket yesterday, I explained the situation in a long paragraph again, this time instead of sending the same answer, the ticket was marked as solved. There is nothing left but to wait for my suspended account to be closed :).
