Friend's account got hacked
So the issue is I gave a detailed response about what happened and included screenshots of the user holding the account hostage. Even after all that I was just given a response to submit the ticket through the email.
I responded that the email was changed and instead of responding to me like a person, the support “Luxio” and “Nelly” continued to send the same response instead of listening to the email and giving me an answer to the problem.
If there are actual support users here that'd be great.

Thought for a minute perhaps Luxio would be an actual human representative, turns out its the same automatic bot using the same automatic response that Nelly does…
got pretty much the same issue as you, and after following Luxio's “advice”, the ticket i made is getting “marked as solved” every 5 minutes without having received any updates in the ticket at all, not even the automatic bot responses, just auto shut down out of nowhere. Been going at this for a week, and i see you've received zero replies here for 11 days as well so i guess all hope is lost.
Tragic that a company as big as discord has literally 0 humans operating the CS department, its just all bots.

I wonder if over time comment interactions catch the eyes of actual discord employees eyes and one of them can explain why there discord bot auto reply is the least helpful tool when explaining an issue.
