Deleted account due to ban (1 month)

So I was banned on June 6 for age restrictions, I sent an appeal on June 25, I still haven't received a response and it doesn't look like I will. If my account is deleted on July 6, will there still be a chance to get it back?

    I'm told that they won't delete your account as long as you have an request open…But everyone is saying different stuff about an lot of things
