Discord Support is Unbelievable
Discord Support, if you are reading this, check this through THOROUGHLY.
I got my account hacked into two weeks ago, and the hacker changed my email, password, and phone number. I have submitted at least 12 tickets asking to get my account back, but all I am met with is a Clyde response. Discord support has done nothing to alleviate the situation. To maintain posterity in this situation is nigh impossible after negligence continues to leach into the ticket system. I have tried for days on end to get contact on social media, and whenever I do get contact it's usually either the basic message or someone telling me they “can't do anything", which is a complete lie since this situation has happened before, and people have gotten their accounts back. It is ridiculous and unfair that I have to be subjected to a miserable system that seemingly gets worse by the day. I understand it was my fault that I got hacked into, after all, there had to be input on my end for it to happen, but to constantly shun me away and refuse to help in the slightest is completely unacceptable.

Stuff like this makes me believe that people really don't know what goes on with Discord when they recommend it. If it's not the scammers, it's the draconian rules. If it wasn't that, it's their support team

Discord moderation absolute garbage, i agree with you they cannot care about the users that are facing with unfair decisions and wanting help but their head of staff just saying use ai to trick people so they can double up their staff money and get blind with it to see customers problems, All of discord agents are just insufficient to help

Update: Got my account back (finally), I think Discord actually saw this post and looked into my ticket. I'm actually so relieved to have it back.

I suggest try making a post like this, that seemed to do it for Discord honestly. Maybe you'll actually get it back, but one can only hope

Yeah, but I was banned for the “child safety” thing over hanging out in some nsfw servers. I'm obviously NOT under aged or anything. But it shouldn't really take forever to get an response over an ID check

Like I said, try making a post about this. This seemed to push it for Discord and actually start responding to my ticket.

I made the post on my main account, you have to write a ticket from the original account.

I cant do that as I cant even log into the account online as they changed my discord email. Like it would be super simple for them to just see the new email is some stupid shit and just change it back. :(

When I made the ticket it asks you for the email of the hacked account anyways so I dont think it would matter cause I'm the only one who should really know my discord email0 -
You don’t write from the discord account, you write from the former email. If they changed the account email, you just write from the one it previously was set to. When I said account I meant Discord Support account, not the actual discord account, sorry for the confusion

I’m in the same boat. 7 tickets or so to get my account back and I am met with “You should’ve received a system DM or email with more information. If you have any questions about your account or to see the remaining duration of the limitation, please refer to the account standing page under your account settings. Please keep in mind that future violations may result in further limitations, including the permanent deactivation of your account.”
But guess what, no email and my account is banned so I don’t have access so how can I see the dm??

Are you SURE I will get my account back from this? I've been submitting 12 tickets now and all of them has Clyde's response saying they've limited my account when in reality it's suspended and I cannot log in still. Each time I reply the ticket doesn't open back up like it used to. I feel like Discord hates me now.
