Can I get an actual human to help me with my hacked account please??
About a week ago my main account baileyjk (old user was baileyjk#0949) was hacked as the hacker got into my email and PayPal etc. (frantic rush to secure everything) but they changed my main accounts email to some scam email so I cant even reset my password. I have submitted TWO tickets so far and each time Im met with a clyde bot response that basically says to just try to log in??? Like I've been trying that my dude. I need discord to CHANGE my email back to mine so I can reset the goddam thing. I've had the account for almost 8 years now and have a lot of memories and photos that I do not want to lose. Please just let a human help me. Yes I know I was dumb for not having 2FA but please I shouldn't lose my account just because discord wants to keep sending me automated bot replies.

I have the same issues, but at least I didn't pay anything to the hacker. Somehow I've submitted a lot of tickets, but all I got is automated bot responses. I wish I'd get my main account back.

I'm on my 16th ticket now and my hack happened on the 2nd of July. Someone on reddit had to try 52 different tickets and got lucky with that. Some have gotten their accounts back within days. I did hear that aside for the initial reply to keep the ticket open, all other replies could push the ticket back. Also only have one ticket open at a time as more could be auto solved and flagged as potential spam.
