    If I wanted to contact Discord support on twitter, I've had an account there since a long time ago. But I live in a very inconvenient country for this. My Twitter is blocked (even VPN doesn't help).

    I have a very unpleasant assumption, they just wait 14-30 days, and then the suspended accounts are simply deleted.

    Well, someone else mentioned that their accounts have been in limbo for over an month

     

    And I still have 4 or 5 tickets still open, so idk

    Yeah I'll give you guys an update once I have just one ticket open. Rn, it's 4, but I might have jumped backwards in line because the oldest is now at 8 days instead of 16 and my id's been expired since last year

    So, contacting them through the BBB resulted in them saying that I need to take it back to here and so far. Nothing much has happened

    Well, it's an been over  month and I made the mistake of panicking and made, like an dozen tickets because there's hardly any documentation on how the appeal process actually works.  

     

    As of today, the majority of them have been permanently closed, some with the same “it's temporary” response that prompted me to keep making them. And all but two of them have been closed. As it is, one's been sitting with no activity for around an week and the other is sitting at 14 days. I really don't know why it's so hard to just get in touch with someone. The majority of the time, I get an response either over night or within a few days. Or at the very least, an message that says that the ticket has been transferred to an different department. But with Discord, it just feels like there's no form of indication that you're being processed.

    Well, it's been an little more than 5 weeks, I think. I know that this is  the sixth week, at least. Everything's still stuck in limbo. Kind of an good thing. Considering how stuff can easily take an turn for the worse. But hopefully something might happen, within a week or two. Or they might surprise me with an random act of mercy in a few months like they did with that one guy on Reddit
