    unfortunately, there's nothing u can do. im in the same boat, and they just ignore everyones tickets. they mark them as solved, or get bots to auto-respond. the worst thing is i've emailed them through an unregistered email and they responded so fast to that one, but constantly ignore my emails from the original account which i am enquiring from and about. theres literally nothing we can do but wait for these idiots

    lol the classic rule of discord is to never joke about being under 13 even if you arent, you see these people take their jobs too seriously and wont understand. if you have already provided the details and they still are marking as solved then my friend you are probably fulcked.

    you can try some of the following:

    - going to discord support on twitter give them your ticket id and ask them to get trust and safety to respond

    - file a complaint with the BBB, this is probably your best option since its flawless and doesnt require KYC or you to be in the USA, just select “I'd like to file a complaint against a business, and have BBB help me get a resolution to my problem.”, they pretty much ALWAYS respond to BBB complaints (they dont have to, but still always do)

    i'm actually tweaking rn, i'm on edge of losing my account because of someone's incompetency.

    BBB is the better business bureau, you can file a complaint at www. bbb .org /file-a-complaint

    (had to space it out cause it kept going for pending approval)

    I already complained with BBB - but discord regurgitates the same automated responses through there as well lmfao! there's no way of winning

    Yeah, filing a complaint only really works in the scenario where you have not already recieved a response, like when your request is being marked as solved without any response or have been ignored for a long period of time. If you've already been told that you wont get your account back, then you cannot do anything else

    I was not informed that I will no longer recover my account, discord itself said that if I wanted to recover it I had to go through my data and photo step by step as requested, unfortunately the only way is to continue waiting

    and guess what, not even 6 hours in, i get automatic responce and you know what it says?

    looking forward to file a bbb rn, 7 days passed and all of my other tickets are getting closed

    update:

    bbb org has me blocked because they think i'm a bot???? (i literally visited their website first time)

    and after using an vpn and clicking “I'd like to file a complaint against a business, and have BBB help me get a resolution to my problem.” they're just giving me an 500 error

    Yes, the same thing happened to me, I received a message from the bot saying:

    I don’t think it did tbh bc my complaint with BBB is still opened and they take around 14 days to process and notify discord you’ve complained

    i got my acc back from 3 day ticket, 2 days after i filed bbb

    so my conclusion is - file bbb, thing actually helped
