discord doesn’t care about their users at all

I paid for yearly nitro over 100$ but I accidentally cancelled my subscription and there was 9 months nitro left but it has gone even tho I already paid for it, but because I cancelled, they won’t return my money back or even my subscription, I call support team but they didnt help at all

I’m so frustrated to be honest

there is no way I’m gonna pay anything to discord again, if they cannot deal with a small problem and took all my money that I have paid for them without even helping..

Discord is ridiculous:)
