Need Help With Account Being Falsely Disabled Due To Error In Discord Auto Mod And I Have Been Given No Help

My account (foxinahat) was disabled for no reasons and when my account was offline, everyone has said the account was not touched or spammed anything yet according to my email it had stated that the account was a bot but on my disable page on discord it stated child saftey but does not give any rpoof or reason what it is. I have contacted them through Email, Tickets, X (Twitter) and phoen number but nothing has been done and I have been ignored every time. I have lost alot of friends contacts and personal stuff including personal information due to this and still have a on going nitro payment that I cant eve cancel.

    hi

    i know you might have triedd this solution multiple times but you should open a  support ticket and give the screenshot and the email of your account and also ask for the ways to get unbanned. This is your only solution or you'll need to wait until the end of the ban

    I have made 7 tickets with the photos included and they get marked as solved without anyone saying anything and the disable lasts 2 years

    to open the ticket just send a reply in it, this is a known issue

    I have done that with all tickets and they have never been dealt with, its been a week since they have been open

    im in the same situatiion as you, only they did respond once with the standard message, after that they kept ingoring everything and just closing the tickets
