Disabled account
5 days since I submitted my ticket for a disabled account due to accidental chargeback and absolutely no response from support.. this entire event has caused me extreme anxiety. Starting to lose hope that they will respond to my ticket; and if they do I'm wondering if it'll even be a real person. Terrified they'll just keep my account disabled or something.

You pain is purely understandable bro, I was hacked on my acc and no matter how much proof I send that the acc is mine, they don’t help but marked the ticket as “solved”. And sometimes Clyde just talks once and leaves.

Chargeback. Discord charged the wrong account on file, and I panicked and did a chargeback with Paypal because the original support email I sent to Discord about the wrong card being charged issue wasn't responded to for at least two days, and Paypal sent me an email saying they were going to contact my bank for the fees.
Weirdly enough, when I logged into this site to check up on my second support ticket - the original one doesn't even appear despite the fact I clearly remember submitting it.0 -
I think they are around #4680XXXX ticket wise right now, maybe they will get back in a few days? Seems like turnover is a little higher recently, people have been getting tickets solved in around 7-10ish days

What form of ID did you use cause for me the bot won’t read it or something

I submitted my ticket as it said to in the email, via Age & Appeals section I believe. It took several days for a bot to reply, but once Clyde replies and you reply / email back that should mean your ticket gets forwarded to a support member to handle it.
