Account disabled

Hi, on July 8th 2024 i made the mistake of buying discord nitro on my account (andonesway) so I immediately decide to go through PayPal to charge it back, but at the time i wasn't aware of discords TOS rules about charging back so a few minutes later i received an email that my account was disabled, but in that same email it was written that if i withdrew the chargeback and showed proof of the dispute being withdrawn my account would be reinstated, so i did exactly that i withdrew the dispute sent an appeal of containing a screenshot of both the charge details and proof of the dispute being withdrawn. As days went by i didnt receive a response back on the situation so i decided to send a another one back and still no response! I understand what i did was in violation of TOS but i'd like to be informed on wether i'd be able to get my account back or not. So it would be genuinely amazing if you guys could keep me up with whats going to happen to my account.
