Thanks for writing in. It looks like you're missing some of the information that we requested to verify that you're old enough to use Discord.

Please include all of the requested materials in a single photo, and make sure that all of the requested materials are clearly visible.

As a reminder, this photo should include:
- Your face (meaning, please send us a selfie)
- You holding a photo ID that contains your date of birth
- You holding a piece of paper with your username

You can cover up any sensitive parts of your photo ID, but we need to see your face and your date of birth clearly in the photo. Please note we cannot accept screenshots, printouts, or other copies of identification and that the original ID must be presented.

    i got the same messge 1 week ago, because i sent them a printout of my id. Now i opened a second ticket with my original id the username etc. I hope it will work

    At least they answered you. I haven’t received one answer at all in four days. I write a ticket every day to unban my account, but the ticket is automatically closed
