Server ban appeal system

Please build a system to allow users to appeal bans/tempbans in servers. Yes, some people actually deserve their bans, but we are humans and mistakes can happen, and/or mods/admins can also use bans/tempbans as a means of unfair punishment/bullying. There should be a system in place where you can appeal and/or confront your accuser, where they have to provide evidence of the reason(s) behind your ban/tempban and you can appeal/counter that evidence (to a point) to either an admin (if a mod made the action) or the server owner.
