account hacked with nitro the hacker bought a 100 dollar gift for nitro

hi my email was hacked and so could they hack my discord so they also did a payment of 100 dollar nitro gift and submitted a ticket and the standard answer we couldnt do anything. i have made a second account before the other one was hack to i had private messages with my main i texed my main account and it responded with an emoiji later that day i was unable to act correctly in the beginng due being at work, i texted my main back and i got instant a friend invite from some one that claims to be a staf of discord but how he reacts its far from professional.

    to bad tho :X so a hacker can hack your account can buy nitro and then saying he is staf of discord with provided evidence shame for the real staff then. oh and the account wil be blocked aswell i rejected the payment of 100 dollar so have to deal with that aswel i gues

    discord support is shit, they will not provide you any resolution. one of the worst customer expericence
